We truly enjoyed being there. We have stayed in this family-friendly hotel for 1 night, everything was very good, the location was particularly good to Tatry mountains. We was given large room with modern furniture. Amicable staff created a family atmosphere;)))

Comforts of twin room were fabulous - an electronic key card, cable channels, and a writing desk. The bed was good, and there was a big size bathroom.

This hotel features friendly staff, is suitable for families, and is conveniently located close to the Tatry mountains and fast food options.

We had a great one-day stay and thoroughly enjoyed the unbeatable location, which was just a short distance from the center, the mountains, and plenty of shopping and fast food options.

Aparthotel Lumen is a fantastic choice for families, offering a warm and welcoming atmosphere. the staff is incredibly friendly and goes out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. the location is ideal, conveniently situated next to the stunning Tatry mountains and close to various shopping options, including supermarkets and fast food outlets. Guests can also enjoy a delightful array of breakfast goodies that make morning meals enjoyable. the family-oriented ambience truly enhances the overall experience, making it a perfect getaway in South Cracovia.

The room was cozy and perfect for a romantic escape. We were greeted by a friendly staff member who gave us great recommendations for nearby attractions and restaurants. The location was ideal, as we were conveniently close to the city center and other key locations. The breakfast was delicious and abundant with a variety of options to choose from.

The beds and linens were not very comfortable and could use an upgrade. the wifi signal was weak in some areas of the hotel, which made it difficult to connect our devices.

The cleanliness and comfort of the rooms were great, and the well-stocked towels added to the overall convenience. The location was conveniently close to the road yet surprisingly quiet in my room. The spacious two-room family setup with two double beds provided ample space for relaxation. the availability of Polish TV channels, some with original English audio, was a nice touch. The breakfast on the first day was excellent, with a wide variety of options and a pleasant dining area with modern furniture and ample space between tables.

We were actually surprised by the level of cleanliness and modern facilities available at the hotel. The staff was helpful and friendly, and the breakfast provided a good selection. we found the location convenient for accessing the grocery store and fast food options nearby.

There was nothing we didn't like.

The hotel was conveniently located near many shopping options, as well as the city center and mountains, including Tatry mountains. the rooms were comfortable with well-stocked bathrooms, and the breakfast was great. the room was also equipped with modern fittings and fixtures, including a fan for hot days.

Some guests were noisy after midnight, which may not be the staff's fault, but it impacted the quality of sleep.
